Most of our products are available through pre-order, which means we source your selected item after your order is confirmed rather than keeping every product in ready stock.
This allows us to offer a wider selection without keeping everything physically stocked.
how to order.
1. CHOOSE YOUR PRODUCT
Browse the Rare Shop Collection and choose the product you want to order. Check the product photos, available size/variant, price, and any other information provided on the product page. If you are unsure about sizing or any product details, contact us before confirming your order. Once you've decided, select your preferred size/variant and proceed with your order.
2. CONFIRM YOUR ORDER
After choosing your product, provide the required delivery and contact information.
Before confirming, carefully check your:
• Name
• Phone number
• Delivery address
• Product
• Size/variant
• Quantity
Once everything is correct, confirm your order.
3. PAY THE REQUIRED ADVANCE
Rare Shop products are generally available through pre-order, so an advance payment is required to confirm your order. After receiving the required advance, your order will be officially confirmed and we will proceed with sourcing your product.
4. DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER
These are imported preorder products, the delivery time is an estimated timeframe, not a guaranteed date.
Once your product arrives and is ready to be delivered, we will arrange delivery to your provided address.

Why advance is needed?

Rare Shop BD is proudly an online-based business with no physical retail store at the moment. Our products arrive, go through quality checking, and are carefully packed and shipped from our warehouse.
Once your pre-order arrives, you can choose to have it delivered to you, or visit our warehouse and collect your order in person after confirming with us beforehand.

Return & Exchange Policy
Every Rare Shop item is imported specifically for the customer, so we do not offer returns or size/color exchanges if the product arrives in perfect condition. However, if your product arrives heavily damaged or with a major issue, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with clear photos/videos. We’ll review the issue and assist you accordingly.
Order Cancellation
Once your pre-order is confirmed and sourcing has started, cancellation is not possible, as the product is specially sourced for you. Please make sure all order details, including size and color, are correct before confirming your order.
